Guidance & Information Bringing Out Resilience, Awareness & Hope
What is GIBORAH?
We offer education on perinatal mood disorders and maternal mental health to raise awareness within the larger Houston Jewish community. Support and guidance are available to anyone experiencing struggles during or after pregnancy (up to one year after birth) so that women (and men) will not feel alone. With GIBORAH, no topic is off-limits or taboo. Our ears are open to hearing about your concerns, from mood swings, anger, and sadness to your new normal. You can rest assured that our conversations are always confidential.
